Roxane D. Peyser is a business-driven, outcome-focused corporate attorney with more than 25 years of experience serving as General Counsel, Chief Legal Officer, fractional GC, strategic advisor, and embedded counsel. She operates at the intersection of law, growth, and execution— advising founders, executives, and boards on M&A, compliance architecture, governance, data privacy, fintech, and capital strategies.

Her core thesis is simple: legal should not be a defensive cost center. Properly structured, it is a catalyst for disciplined, smart growth.
